These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User", "you", "your") and Covlor ("Covlor", "we", "us", "our"), governing your access to and use of covlor.uk, app.covlor.uk, and all associated plugins, scripts, APIs, and services (collectively, the "Services").
If you are using the Services on behalf of a company or organisation, you represent that you have the authority to bind that entity to these Terms, and "you" refers to that entity.
If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not access or use the Services.

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Services at any time with reasonable notice where possible.
To purchase licenses or access premium features, you must register for an account at app.covlor.uk/register. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information and to keep it updated.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You must notify us immediately at hello@covlor.uk of any suspected unauthorised access.
You must be at least 16 years old to create an account. By registering, you confirm that you meet this requirement.
Upon successful payment (or during an active free trial), Covlor grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to install and use the relevant plugin or script on the number of sites or installations specified by your plan.

Our plugins periodically contact app.covlor.uk/api to validate your license key. An internet connection is required for initial activation and periodic renewal checks (no more than once per week). If validation fails due to an expired or invalid license, premium features will be suspended until a valid license is restored.

We reserve the right to terminate a trial if we determine it is being used in violation of these Terms or to circumvent payment obligations.
Current pricing is displayed on our website and at checkout. All prices are shown in USD unless otherwise stated and are inclusive of any applicable taxes unless specifically noted. We reserve the right to change prices with at least 30 days' notice to existing subscribers.
Monthly and annual plans are subscription-based and renew automatically at the end of each billing period unless cancelled. You authorise us (via our payment processor, Stripe) to charge your payment method on each renewal date.
If a payment fails, we will attempt to retry up to three times over seven days. If payment is not received, your license will be suspended and premium features disabled until payment is resolved.
You are responsible for any taxes, duties, or levies applicable to your purchase under the laws of your jurisdiction. Where required by law, we will add VAT or equivalent taxes to your invoice.
We offer a 14-day money-back guarantee on all first-time purchases. If you are not satisfied within 14 days of your initial payment, contact us at hello@covlor.uk for a full refund â no questions asked.

All software, code, designs, logos, branding, documentation, and other content produced by Covlor remain the exclusive intellectual property of Covlor. These Terms do not transfer any ownership rights to you â only the limited license described in Section 4.
You retain full ownership of any content you create using our plugins. We do not claim any rights over your website content, posts, metadata, or any output generated through our tools.
If you submit feature requests, bug reports, or other feedback, you grant us a royalty-free, irrevocable right to use that feedback to improve our products without obligation to you.
We do not warrant that:
SEO performance depends on many factors outside our control including search engine algorithms, your content quality, and competitive landscape. We make no guarantees of ranking improvements.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Covlor shall not be liable for any:
Our total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising from these Terms or your use of the Services shall not exceed the total amount you paid to Covlor in the 12 months preceding the claim.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability for death, personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.
You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account dashboard. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period; you retain access to premium features until then. To permanently close your account and request data deletion, email hello@covlor.uk.
We may suspend or terminate your account immediately if:
Upon termination for cause, no refunds will be issued for any unused portion of a subscription.
On termination, your license to use the software is immediately revoked. Sections 9 (IP), 10 (Disclaimers), 11 (Liability), and 13 (Governing Law) survive termination.
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the Services shall first be attempted to be resolved through good-faith negotiation between the parties. If the dispute remains unresolved within 30 days of written notice, it shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Hon'ble High Court of Judicature at Patna, Bihar, India.
Both parties agree to submit to the personal jurisdiction of the Patna High Court and waive any objection to the laying of venue of any such dispute in Patna, Bihar. This choice of jurisdiction is binding regardless of where you access or use our Services.
